Empowered Galvanizers was established in the year 2000, making use of conventional galvanizing techniques, operations to service an ever growing economy. The company is a family owned entity headed up by father son and has over the years grown to be the leader in the field of centrifuge galvanizing and preferred supplier in certain markets.

We have seen the advantages of becoming modernised and has embarked on an extensive upgrade of galvanizing facilities to introduce a robotic semi-automated centrifuge plant specifically designed for jobbing applications including items such as large pipe fittings, brackets and castings. The already commissioned centrifuge plant (Spinning) has brought about a whole new change in the industry offering exceptional high quality coatings of consistent thickness and appearance. The range of products that can now by successfully centrifuged has been significantly widened to include larger items that were previously impossible to spin.

New open DIP facility now operational

State of the art gas fired hot dip galvanizing plant. Production maximized by including a carousel material handling system eliminating excessive material handling. Inclusive drying oven making use of effluent gasses.
